Dave has worked in the financial industry for 15 years and has been developing expertise within the mortgage sector for 9 years. Dave has been shortlisted twice for ‘buy to let broker of the year’ at the British Mortgage Awards. 

Dave set up Springford Financial Solutions in 2018 with a view to delivering a bespoke service, tailored to each clients’ needs, dealing with all types of mortgage clients from first time buyers to portfolio landlords, with the aim of making the process as stress free as possible. 
Dave has a keen interest in all things property, with a national client base across the UK as well as maintaining local knowledge in the Hampshire area. 

Outside of the financial world; Dave is keen on trying new recipes (although safe to say a career in catering isn’t coming anytime soon!), following all things sport from football to formula 1 and attending the odd pub quiz.

Harry is the most recent addition to the Springford team. Qualified in CII financial services, regulation ethics and mortgage advice, he prides himself on his friendly professional attitude towards his client and his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure customers receive a great service.

He is experienced in working with all levels of complexity and has supported many customers across the UK who have felt that they were unable to get a property to find their first home.

 

Harry has a natural attentiveness when advising clients on life & critical illness protection, and is confident in finding the right balance between being affordable and adequately protected. 

In his spare time Harry enjoys playing on his gaming PC which he built himself and playing for his local 5 a side and 11 a side football teams.
